What you learn:

 

# Major, minor & 7th chords

# Right-hand strums & riffs for songs  

   (with finger, thumb & finger/brush)

# Damping techniques

   (for country, reggae etc rhythms) 

# Picking out melodies
# Ukulele tablature

# Simple fingerpicking

 

   
Over five weeks you'll learn around
15 songs, from simple 2-chord tunes eg

Pick a Bale of Cotton
& Message to You Rudy

to more complex strum patterns and
some finger picking eg
 

Blue Moon
& Knocking on Heaven's Door

 

 All songs are well known, so everyone

feels at home with them;  includes contemporary tunes from the likes of

Kate Nash

Jason Miraz

Paolo Nutini

etc

 

 

To get an idea of what you can expect to be playing,  have a listen to the first two audio tracks to the left, Feeling Groovy and Blue Moon.

 

 

What if I want to continue after five weeks?

To make the taster up to a full 10-week course you simply pay a further £80
